At the heart of The Compassion Collective is a deeply personal journey. Founded by Sher Griffin, a late-discovered neurodivergent individual, TCC grew out of self-discovery, recovery, and the search for true community. Shaped by experiences of exclusion and healing, Sher envisioned a space where inclusivity, connection, and belonging are not ideals but lived realities.
The Compassion Collective exists to nurture a more compassionate, equitable, and inclusive world. We envision a society where every person—across neurodiversity, ability, and background—can share their gifts, thrive, and help shape just and sustainable systems. Through mutual support, meaningful participation, and advocacy for equity, we empower both our members and the communities we serve.
The Compassion Collective is guided by founder Sher Griffin and a core team who also serve as our board. Each member brings lived experience, unique skills, and a shared commitment to compassion and equity. Together, we nurture a community where every person’s journey of self-discovery and belonging is supported—and celebrated.
